Nicole faced issues of insufficient sunlight as she grew them in a spot that didn't get enough light, and her well ran dry on more than one occasion, as it was not strong enough to handle watering many mums at once.

Nicole decided to grow mums at the nursery because it has an endless supply of village water that she does not get charged for, and there's enough of a return rate. She also considered it easier for transportation, as she could fit more mums in a trip compared to transporting them from her house, and the presence of a pot filler at the nursery made pot filling more efficient.

Nicole is considering installing security cameras, signage, and possibly a fence to prevent theft and ensure the security of her products.

Nicole felt that she probably did too many varieties this year and is considering reducing it next year to offer fewer choices, as she finds too many options can make it hard for customers to decide.

Some of the mum varieties Nicole is growing include Arlette purple, Aubry Orange, Bethany yellow, Beverly dark bronze, Chelsea Coral, and many others, including some early, mid, and late blooming types.

Nicole is also growing Asters this year, specifically a whole tray of purple Henry Asters.

The practical benefits of moving the pot filler into Greenhouse number four were reduced walking distance to bring all the pots outside and significantly less time and effort required for potting, which is especially beneficial given the increased volume of mums being grown.
