How do you plan to plant the potatoes?

I'm going to take some compost and put it in the bottom of those rows that Joe made me, and then put the potatoes in.

What is the challenge with producing enough compost?

We don't really make enough compost fast enough to make as much as I would prefer, so I just kind of do what I can with what I got.

We try to space the rows wide enough for a little tiller, so as the potatoes grow, we can easily go up and down in between the rows with the tiller for weeding and hilling the potatoes.
