First time gardening on my own | Planting at our New House!

I'm going to plant some lemon balm, oregano, flowers, basil, and eventually tomatoes. I also have calendula and squash that need to be planted.

Calendula is super good for your skin, for cuts, burns, and really just the overall health of your skin.

We're using the compost from dad's truck in the garden and want to mostly get the rest of it out so I can give him his truck back.

While weeding near the blueberry bushes, I discovered that there was mint growing there.

Even though I've been around gardening for years, I've never done it by myself. It feels kind of instinctual now that I'm getting into it.

We're expanding just a little bit because it's the first year growing things here, and we don't want anything that's not manageable.

We're pretty tired and it's getting late, so we've decided to wait until tomorrow or the next few days. We still need to plant flowers, calendula, squash, and eventually tomatoes.
