Arduino automated gardening with Red & Blue LED grow light - Experimental

🌱 The first evolution of the project is an indoor garden for growing vegetables and herbs in a city apartment.

💡 The goal was to create an automated system that could grow plants year-round, as the person is notorious for killing plants.

🔌 The setup includes a water bottle, LED lights, a moisture sensor, and an Arduino that controls everything.

🌡️ The Arduino provides information on temperature, humidity, and soil moisture, as well as the light status and the remaining time in the lighting cycle.

⚡ The LED lights used are red and blue, as plants mainly absorb these colors for photosynthesis.

💡 The person plans to upgrade the setup by adding a planter box and a CFL light for more efficient growing.

💧 An automatic drip watering system is also in the works to ensure proper hydration for the plants.
